Recruitment for new Santander development courses is underway. This time you will find courses including:  the field of e-commerce marketing, English, artificial intelligence, project management, banking, MBA and Excel. This is a chance to acquire and develop competences valued on the labour market for free. You can also use materials (audiobooks, e-books, podcasts or video recordings) available after logging in to the Santander Scholarships platform in the Learning Room (https://learningroom.becas-santander.com ) in English, Spanish and Portuguese. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with current programs and apply.

Who can apply: Anyone over 18 years of age can apply for participation, including: students, doctoral students, all university employees and graduates;· participants do not have to be clients of the Santander Group.

Recruitments are currently underway for:

• Santander Award for students and PhD students of the Silesian University of Technology 2023

50 financial prizes worth PLN 1,000 was prepared for students and doctoral students of the Silesian University of Technology who achieve high academic results. They are involved in social, scientific, sports and/or artistic activities, and are active in scientific circles and for the benefit of the Silesian University of Technology. First-year students can also apply for the Award.

• Santander Scholarship | Marketing in e-commerce with Paweł Tkaczyk and the Lodz University of Technology

2,500 places for a free e-commerce marketing course with Paweł Tkaczyk. The course consists of a live webinar with a question session and 17 video lessons and additional exercises available for 2 months on the e-learning platform. The program allows you to learn about issues such as: what online business is, how to use the most effective marketing techniques, how to understand the customer and build trust, as well as storytelling, social media, SEO, content marketing. After completing the online course, you will receive a certificate of participation from the Lodz University of Technology.

• Santander Scholarship | Learn ChatGPT

2,000 places for an 8-hour online course to learn the best ChatGPT techniques. You can choose between two courses offered in English, Spanish and Portuguese. The program allows you to learn how to use ChatGPT in everyday work. You will see, among others: how to create SEO content, websites, e-commerce, translations, design images, texts, podcasts and personalized, attractive content on YouTube and create PowerPoint presentations in seconds. After completing the course, participants will be able to download a certificate of completion.

• Santander Scholarship | Project management, IPMA-D certification from WZ UŁ & IPMA Polska

250 places for a 16-hour online course in the form of project management workshops. The course is divided into three thematic blocks: introduction to project management, creation, management and communication in a project team and planning of project implementation. The top 30 participants will receive 100% funding for the IPMA-D certification exam. After successfully completing the course, you will receive a certificate of participation issued by the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz and IPMA Polska.

• Santander Scholarship | European Banking Certificate EFCB 3E UEK 2023

500 places for students and graduates who are thinking about a career in banking. The program offers 20 teaching hours of a preparatory course conducted by the Department of Banking and the Global Financial System of the Krakow University of Economics and co-financing for the European Banking Certificate EFCB 3E exam.

• Santander Scholarship | MBA Essentials 2023 – LSE

1,000 places for a 10-week online course with experts from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). The program allows you to learn key aspects of strategy, finance and human resources. The program is divided into 10 modules thanks to which you can develop your managerial and leadership skills. The course is conducted in English, Spanish or Portuguese. After completing the course, participants will receive a certificate of participation.

• Santander Scholarship | Online English Courses 2023 – British Council 3rd call

5,000 places for a 16-week free online English course at all levels from A1 to C1. The program provides the opportunity to develop practical language skills such as: effective communication in professional situations, preparation for a job interview, and developing grammar and vocabulary focused on the world of work. The course consists of 12 online group classes with a teacher, access to an e-learning platform for self-study (approx. 48 hours of learning) and Live25 webinars related to grammar and correct pronunciation. After completing the online course, you will receive a certificate of completion from the British Council.

• Santander Scholarship | Excel for All 2023 3rd Call

5,000 places for a free 15-hour online Excel course at a basic or advanced level (Visual Basic Excel) on the Udemy e-learning platform. The program allows you to explore the full potential of Excel, including: the use of basic formulas, automation of everyday tasks (macros and VBA), operations on large data sets, creation of dynamic reports and much more. Courses are conducted in English, Spanish or Portuguese. After completing the course, participants will be able to download a certificate of completion.

• Santander Scholarship | 9th National Session of Student Science Clubs

100 places for the 9th National Session of Student Science Clubs. This year's edition will be held on-site. The session is an opportunity to present the results of research conducted in Student Scientific Clubs, exchange views and experiences, and meet people with similar interests from other universities.
