We invite you to participate in the National Quality Congress “Knowledge, Relations, Business”, which will take place on May 14-15-18, 2026, at the Education and Congress Centre of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. The honorary patronage over the event was taken by the Rector of the Silesian University of Technology. 

The National Quality Congress 2026 will be held under the slogan: “Knowledge, relationships, business. Industry 5.0 and the quality of the future. Humans, AI, and Energy at the Centre of Transformation.”

It is the largest and most comprehensive event in Poland dedicated to quality, modern management systems, and organizational transformation in the face of technological, climate and social challenges. The Congress gathers business leaders, management practitioners, quality experts, representatives of the world of science and decision-makers responsible for the development of organizations.

Quality in the Age of Industry 5.0

The theme of the Congress is Industry 5.0, understood as a new paradigm of development, in which technology, artificial intelligence and automation support – not replace – human beings. Participants of the Congress will discuss, among others:

• the future of quality and management systems,
• the role of humans in the world of algorithms and AI,
• the limits of the autonomy of technology,
• lean management in BANI conditions,
• organizational maturity as a condition of transformation,
• adaptation to climate change and energy management,
• ESG 2.0, Cybersecurity and Directive NIS2
• leadership, relationships, and organizational culture.

Knowledge based on practice

The program of the Congress includes expert presentations, strategic debates, and case studies of Polish organizations, showing quality in a real business context. Among the speakers and panellists are experienced managers, interim managers, lean leaders, AI experts, representatives of the world of standardization and scientists from leading technical universities.

A special place in the program is occupied by debates on the revision of ISO standards, artificial intelligence as a space of innovation and leadership that unleashes the potential of people and organizations.

Relationships and business

The National Quality Congress is not only knowledge, but also a platform for building relationships and business cooperation. An integral part of the event is the Integration Gala and the award ceremony in the Polish Quality Award competition, which emphasize the importance of quality in economic and social practice.

The organizer of the Congress is “Quality without Retouch with Anna Farion” – an initiative integrating the environment of quality experts, managers, and leaders of change in Poland. For years, the Congress has been distinguished by a high level of content, a practical approach, and an authentic debate about the quality of the future.
