From May the 18^th to June the 7^th, 2025. MONCO2 project participants took part in DISC 2025 – an international dendrochronological workshop organized by the Laboratory of Tree-Ring Research at the University of Arizona.

It was intense, scientific, and inspiring – from field work in American national parks, grain dating, to discovering the history of climate recorded in trees.

It is not only new skills and knowledge, but also meetings with scientists from different parts of the world, which showed how much we can achieve thanks to international scientific cooperation. We come back with a head full of ideas and motivation for further actions!
