Meeting with Yanshan University authorities

Many Yanshan University students study at the Silesian University of Technology. The signed letter of intent promises to strengthen the existing cooperation with a research part.

The letter of intent declaring scientific cooperation was signed by Prof. Dr Hab. Eng. Marek Pawełczyk, Rector of the Silesian University of Technology and Zhao Dingxuan, President of Yanshan University. The authorities of both universities expressed their will to cooperate in science, exchange of scientific staff, doctoral students, and students.

Yanshan University is a university in Hebei province, China, where about 40 thousand students are educated. In 2022, the Silesian University of Technology inaugurated the European Yanshan Institute, which educates about 300 students from China.
