Mars rover from the Silesian University of Technology in the Silesian Planetarium
Do you want to see what a real Mars rover looks like? Come on Saturday, March 9th to the Silesian Planetarium. The presentation will take place as part of Space Week in the City of Science.
On Saturday at the Planetarium in Chorzów, space lovers will be offered a unique attraction – a demonstration of the Phoenix III rover built by students of the Silesian University of Technology. Phoenix III is the result of the work of a team of students operating within the Inter-Faculty Student Science Club for the Application of Artificial Intelligence Methods AI-Meth.
The rover has already achieved its first successes – in 2023 it reached the final of the Anatolian Rover Challenge in Turkey. Get a closer look at the technology that can be used to study the mysteries of the Red Planet!
