Let us be in solidarity with the Lviv Polytechnic!

In connection with the tragic events that took place on the 12th of July 2025 in Lviv – as a result of Russian aggression there were two explosions in the city – during which Lviv Polytechnic, our partner university, was seriously damaged.

In solidarity with the entire academic community of Lviv, the Volunteer Centre of the Silesian University of Technology organizes a collection aimed at supporting the reconstruction of the destroyed infrastructure and helping students and university staff affected by the consequences of the attack.

We encourage all employees, students, and friends of our university to participate in the help campaign.
