LABIRYNT 2026 – Student Biotechnology Conference

“We combine biology, technology and data” – this is the slogan under which the first edition of the Student Biotechnology Conference LABIRYNT 2026 will be held on October 22^nd, 2026, at the Student Creativity Centre of the Silesian University of Technology. The event is aimed at students interested in contemporary biotechnology and its interdisciplinary nature. The conference is intended to be a space for people interested in molecular biology, modern technologies, and the use of data in science.

The idea of the LABIRYNT conference is to show students the various paths they can follow during their studies and in their future scientific and professional careers. The conference will be a space to present one’s own achievements, exchange experiences, gain knowledge and establish contacts with other students, young scientists, representatives of the academic community and the socio-economic environment.

The event program will include lectures by invited guests, student presentations, a poster session, and opportunities for face-to-face discussions and networking.
