Regulations for Intellectual Property Management is a guide to opportunities and principles concerning the protection of rights and principles for commercialisation at the Silesian University of Technology. The document also defines methods for the protection and use of copyright and  intellectual property rights. It contains rules for reporting intellectual property and remunerating creators. It specifies the procedures for commercialisation and regulates the distribution of funds related to it.

When we become familiar with the regulations, it allows for easier preparation, e.g. for the process of obtaining a patent or technology transfer.
