Bishop Marek Szkudło, administrator of the Katowice archdiocese, invites all believers to Holy Mass for the deceased Pope Francis, which will take place on Thursday, April 24 at 18.00 in the Cathedral of Christ the King in Katowice.

Father Krzysztof Nowrot, the diocesan academic pastor, encourages the entire academic community to participate in it.

- “We want to stand at the altar of the Lord to thank Him for the life and service of the deceased Pope Francis. For his openness and zeal of faith, for his concern – as the students emphasize – that the Church “should go out into the streets, continue on the journey, be a missionary Church that takes care of everyone” – writes Fr Krzysztof Nowrot.
