Green development ahead! Invitation to the seminar
Silesian University of Technology is involved in the promotion of initiatives under the Horizon Europe program. For this reason, we would like to invite you to the event, which will take place on 13th June at the International Congress Centre in Katowice.
June is the month in which HPK South-Western Poland acts as an ambassador of the “Regions on the Horizon” campaign, which aims to present the rich offer of support provided in the regions by Horizontal Contact Points, to show the successes of units from a given region in the Horizon Europe and to encourage local communities to intensify their involvement in Horizon Europe .
One of the institutions that has been taking advantage of the opportunities offered by Horizon Europe for years is Silesian University of Technology, which is why we are happy to join in activities promoting all initiatives related to this.
The biggest event in which HPK South-Western Poland will engage in in June will be EuroScience Open Forum 2024, where on 13th June 2024, from 10:00 to 14:30 at the Katowice International Congress Centre, a seminar entitled “The European Space Agency” will take place.
“Green development ahead. Innovation in energy, ICT, and green transport.”
The program includes lectures with the participation of representatives of the Executive Agency for Research and Innovation of the EC, the Silesian University of Technology, the Marshal’s Office of the Silesian Voivodeship, the Community Research Centre (JRC), the Director of the Department of the National Contact Point of the NCBR and universities and institutes on priority activities in the field of energy, ICT and green transport.
The seminar will be accompanied by an exhibition of projects implemented under Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe related to the subject of energy, ICT, and green transport.
