Global University Sponsorship Program
Do you have an idea for a project or initiative supporting the development of competences of young engineers? Fluor S.A. invites students, PhD students and science clubs operating under the supervision of scientific employees of the Silesian University of Technology to participate in the Global University Sponsorship Program (GUSP). Apply until April the 6th, get funding and realize your idea.
The Global University Sponsorship Program (GUSP) provides the opportunity to obtain financial support for the implementation of projects, events and development initiatives promoting technical sciences, expanding the scope of education, and supporting the raising of professional qualifications of students and doctoral students of the Silesian University of Technology.
GUSP is an international initiative of Fluor Corporation, which aims to support the development of higher education, particularly in the areas of engineering, technology, civil engineering, and business sciences. The program supports universities around the world by offering grants, scholarships and development projects aimed at building the competences of future engineers and developing human resources for the technology and industrial sectors.
Silesian University of Technology is one of the universities in the world supported under the GUSP. This academic year, Fluor has allocated USD 50 000, - to support initiatives from our University.
Individuals and teams interested in participating in the program may submit their initiative together with the proposed budget to the Career Office of the Silesian University of Technology.
