Over 10,000 participants from 80 countries around the world will take part in the fifth edition of the international Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2023 conference, which will take place on June 14 and 15 at the EXPO XXI centre in Warsaw. For students and academic staff of our university, we have 100 free tickets for this event.
Perspectives Women in Tech Summit 2023 is the largest conference for women in technology in Europe. Over 100 of the largest technology companies and the best technical universities from Poland and the world are patrons of the event.
It is a two-day event organized on a grand scale - 4 stages, 60 specialist workshops, tech-talks, Mentoring Zone, where you will be able to take part in one of 500 individual mentoring sessions with outstanding leaders of the world of technology. In addition, the Career Fair with stands of almost 100 of the most innovative global technology companies.
Summit 2023, organized by the Perspektywy Education Foundation, is a unique meeting of women of science, business and technology who will share their stories, scientific achievements and visions of the technological future of the world.
More than 150 speakers will participate in the conference, including: Frances Cavallo, activist and author of the bestselling "Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls", translated into 50 languages, Mark Brzeziński, the United States Ambassador to Poland, and keynote speakers will include: Funmilola Fagbamila, professor of Pan-African Studies at Cal State Los Angeles and member and founder of Black Lives Matter, and Joanne Hannaford, Chief Technology & Operations Officer at Credit Suisse AG.
The main topics of this year's Summit will be artificial intelligence and machine learning, deep tech, cloud solutions, quantum computing and digital ecology, as well as WEB 3.0 and NFT.
Summit 2023 continues the idea of sustainable development initiated a year ago - as the first large-scale climate-positive event in Poland, whose total carbon footprint has been minimized and offset by creating the "Women in Tech Forest for Planet" eternal forest in the buffer zone of the Biebrza National Park.
The conference will be accompanied by numerous additional events - meetings in companies, a scientific seminar for researchers in the field of computer science and an evening gala with the awarding of TOP10 Women in Cloud Computing titles.
