"Game-based learning - 2 edition" training for academic teachers
The Centre for Modern Education of the Silesian University of Technology invites the academic community – academic teachers of our University – to participate in the series of trainings entitled: “Game-based learning – 2 edition”, which will enrich the didactic workshop and support the development of the role of a teacher in a modern educational environment.
The training package under the name “Game-based learning – edition 2” includes 5 training courses that respond to the challenges of modern didactics:

- Activation methods in working with students and selection of didactic tools, including AI

- Microsoft Tools 365 – use in didactic work (work in the cloud, Sway, Stream)

- Valuable feedback – formative assessment and methods of informing students about the results, also using AI tools

The training will be held at the Silesian University of Technology Library, at Kaszubska 23, from 10.00-15.00
The workshop is led by - Stefan Nowicki
Digital competency trainer of academic teachers, instructional designer, graduate of the Institute for Emerging Leadership in Online Learning (Online Learning Consortium & Washington State University). Certified Microsoft PowerPoint Specialist, Word Expert and Minecraft Trainer. He combines work with passion, improving methodology and conducting courses for lecturers from Microsoft Office, Moodle, and Minecraft Education.
