 “From molecule to galaxy” program

The ORLEN Foundation has launched a new “From molecule to galaxy” program, which aims to support young people in developing their scientific passions in the fields of chemistry, physics, and related sciences. On October 1st, 2025, the first component of the program was launched – grants for student Science Clubs from all over Poland. The ORLEN Foundation has allocated PLN 800 000 for the implementation of projects, and the maximum value of a single support is PLN 25 000

The aim of the program is to support student initiatives, strengthen competences, develop and promote science such as physics and chemistry. This is a great opportunity to take part in an interesting project developing the desired competences on the labour market – such as teamwork, task-oriented, creativity, innovative thinking – but above all, thanks to grants you can be closer to fulfilling your scientific aspirations!

The call for applications will last until October 31st, 2025. They can be submitted via the ORLEN Foundation’s Applications Generator, which is available at: https://darowiznyfundacja.orlen.pl.

Funds from the grant may be allocated, among others, to:

  • materials, tools, and services necessary for the implementation of the project,
  • administrative costs (e.g. rental of premises, shipping of materials),
  • salaries for specialists,
  • promotion of the project,
  • transportation.

Projects must be implemented between the 15th of December 2025 and the 30th of June 2026.

The Foundation will announce the list of grant recipients by November 28th, 2025.  The terms and conditions of the program are available here: fundacja.orlen.pl.

In connection with the limitation of the ORLEN Foundation platform to have one institutional account, if you wish to submit an application, please contact the CZP5 Office : czp5@polsl.pl tel. 32 237 18 92.
