Free training as part of the BioMeDiG project
We invite you to participate in the project “Development of the potential of Silesian biomedical engineering in the face of the challenges of digital and green economy” (BioMeDiG), implemented under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 (Just Transition Fund).
As part of which we cordially invite you to a series of free trainings aimed at strengthening professional competences and supporting research and implementation projects implemented at our university.
The trainings are dedicated to employees, PhD students, and students of the Silesian University of Technology.
- Moderation of creative processes
date: 4- 5.05. 2026
The training covers key aspects of moderating creative processes in teamwork, including supporting product, process, organizational and marketing innovations, developing group creativity and increasing the effectiveness of meetings focused on developing solutions for specific challenges.
Why is it worth it?

- Managing a diverse generation team

The training covers the key dimensions of team management in the context of intergenerational cooperation, including employee motivation, their development, effective communication, expectations toward the supervisor and the workplace, career approach, and ways of effective knowledge transfer between generations.

- Management of research and implementation project
date: 27-28.04.2026 and 6-7.05.2026
The training covers key aspects of the management of research and implementation projects (R&D), including the identification of needs, resource planning, monitoring and evaluation of results, and effective risk management in innovative ventures.

• You will learn proven methodologies and tools supporting the planning and implementation of R&D projects
You will learn how to properly identify needs and optimally allocate resources in innovative projects.

• You will gain practical risk management skills that will allow you to maximize the results of projects.
- Service Design
date: 28.04.2026 and 29.04.2026
The training covers key aspects of service design using the Service Design methodology, including the analysis of user experience, identification of their needs, mapping of customer paths and prototyping and implementation of services.
Why is it worth it?
• Join a training that will show you how to design services that meet the real needs of users.
• You will learn practical research techniques, including in-depth interviews and the creation of Customer Journey Map.
• You will learn to identify unmet needs and translate them into concrete solutions.
• You will practice prototyping services using Service Blueprint, which will facilitate their effective implementation.
• You will gain skills that will allow you to create more valuable and tailored experiences for your customers
The training will take place on-site at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering.
At the end of each training course, each participant will receive a certificate.
