Family zone: Children build the City of Science

A family zone will be created with the youngest participants of the Silesian Science Festival KATOWICE in mind. This place aims to arouse children's cognitive curiosity through play and encourage them to explore the secrets of modern science.

The youngest ones will be able to participate in workshops supporting their development. The organizers will introduce children to the world of music and show them how to take care of proper speech development. There will be fun with mathematics, coding and logical puzzles.

For the slightly older ones, there will be plenty of educational games and unique experiences. With the help of scientists, children will build hovercraft, a camera and acoustic generators, and will also construct a scientific arcade game. There will be spectacular scientific shows and safe experiments related to the micro atmosphere of oxygen and carbon dioxide.
