Engineer of the future – a series of workshops for students of the Silesian University of Technology
The Student Activity Centre invites you to participate in a free series of workshops “Engineer of the future” addressed to students of the Silesian University of Technology who want to develop both hard and soft skills.
The engineer of the future is a modern engineer who not only knows his field perfectly, but also is able to react flexibly to changes, effectively cooperate in interdisciplinary teams and solve problems creatively. In addition to technical knowledge, he is also distinguished by communication skills, creativity, and adaptability.
The workshops organized by the Student Activity Centre will combine theory and practice, which will allow participants to improve their technical skills and gain valuable experience in the area of communication, creative thinking, teamwork, or problem solving. Thanks to these workshops, you will be able to gain not only knowledge, but also practical skills. Participants will receive certificates.
Workshop topics:
- Self-presentation and interpersonal communication
- Methods and techniques of creative thinking
- From idea to patent – become the inventor of a technical solution with patent ability
- Rapid prototyping workshops
- Applied mechatronics workshops
Due to the practical nature of the classes, the number of places is limited.
