Elżbieta Zielińska-Król passed away

It is with deep regret that we inform that Elżbieta Zielińska-Król - a long-time employee and specialist of the Division of Systems Engineering and the Division of Robotics and Discrete Processes Automation of the Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics and Computer Science of the Silesian University of Technology, has passed away.

Elżbieta Zielińska-Król was, among others, the main organiser of the National Conference on Discrete Processes Automation since its first edition and of the international conference Gliwice Scientific Meetings. 

Funeral ceremony will take place on the 11th of June, 2022 (Saturday) in Gliwice. It will start with a holly mass at 10.00 am in the Church of the Elevation of the Holy Cross (ul. Daszyńskiego 2). Right after the mass, the funeral procession will gather at the main gate of the Central Cemetery (ul. Kozielska 120).
