Education and learning at the European University - EURECA-PRO Week
Two meetings - dedicated to project-oriented education as well as to the activities of young researchers and PhD students - will be held online on Tuesday, 5 October, within the EURECA-PRO week at the Silesian University of Technology.
The first meeting will start at 14:00 and will be devoted to project-based learning. The speakers will present a lecture on the functioning of Project Based Learning at the Silesian University of Technology, followed by case studies of selected projects implemented as part of PBL.
The meeting is aimed at students, researchers, EURECA-PRO consortium partners and all those interested in this form of education. It will be held online via the Zoom platform.
The second meeting, scheduled for 16:00, is aimed at young researchers and PhD students. It will cover issues such as current challenges, skills and competences, and perspectives for young researchers and doctoral students.
Lectures will be conducted by Katarzyna Turoń, MSc (Silesian University of Technology, EURODOC), Agnieszka Żyra, MSc (President of the EURODOC), Eva Hnátková, PhD, Eng (Open Science Coordinator, Czech National Library of Technology), Milena Seržantė, PhD. (Vice-Dean of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University).
The meeting of young researchers will take place online at 16:00. Registration for the event via the registration form is mandatory.
