Doctoral training within BUP 2026
PhD Students Training 2026 will take place from the 23rd to 27th of November 2026 as part of The Baltic University Programme (BUP). The event is an excellent opportunity for doctoral students to broaden their academic perspective and learn about different research approaches.
Participants will take part in training on interdisciplinary scientific cooperation, led by an international team of experienced researchers. The doctoral training within BUP 2026 will take place from the 23rd to 27th of November 2026 at the Lodz University of Technology.
The aim of this training is to enable doctoral students from universities participating in BUP to meet and discuss scientific topics with particular emphasis on sustainable development in an interdisciplinary, international, multicultural and regional context. Students will also have the opportunity to become acquainted with other universities and their scientific traditions.
The training program will include lectures, workshops, presentations of doctoral theses by students and individual doctoral dissertation consultations with international experts. The event is organised by the Lodz University of Technology, in cooperation with the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Coordinating Secretariat of the BUP in Uppsala.
Participation in the event is free. The deadline for submitting applications is 30th of June 2026 at 11:59 PM (CEST).
