Condolences to the University of Warsaw
It is with great sadness that we received the news about the tragic events that took place on May the 7th this year on the campus of the University of Warsaw.
In the face of an unimaginable tragedy, in which a university employee lost her life and an academic guard trying to help the victim was seriously injured and is in hospital, the entire community of the Silesian University of Technology wishes to offer sincere condolences to the family and the relatives of the victims.
In these difficult moments, we wish to emphasize the unity of the academic community and express our profound solidarity with the community of the University of Warsaw, which is in pain and mourning.
Shocked by the tragedy, we send words of support and encouragement. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragic event.
