Competition “Student Science Clubs Create Innovation”
The internal call for applications for the competition “Student Science Clubs Create Innovation” has been announced.
Please find relevant information below:
In accordance with the Regulations, the Applicant - University may submit:
- 3 proposals concerning Science Clubs that have not participated in the 24 months preceding the month of submitting the application in international research or scientific and technical competitions, in which science clubs operating in universities are invited to participate.
- 10 applications concerning Science Clubs that participated in the 24 months preceding the month of submitting the application in international competitions on research or scientific and technical topics, in which science clubs operating in universities are invited to participate.
One Science Club may submit no more than 2 applications.
The maximum duration of the project is 12 months.
The maximum funding of the project from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education is PLN 70 000.
The Science Club shall indicate the project manager in the application.
The project manager should:
- Register in the eCZP system appointment of the project manager to the SKN source - Student Science Clubs Create Innovation (MNISW),
- submit a statement of the project manager in accordance with the attached model,
- submit an application containing a description of the project and an estimate in accordance with the attached model.
The complete application together with the declaration should be submitted in paper form to the National Project Service Office CZP1.
The deadline for submitting applications is 16 October 2025 at 15:00.
Proposals selected by the Commission under the chairmanship of the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Education will be eligible for the competition. The managers of selected projects will be notified of the decision of the Commission and obliged to submit the project application in the OSF system in accordance with the internal procedures of the University in cooperation with the CZP1 Office.
