Competition "Modernization of the Year & Construction of the 21st Century"

The 27th  edition of the National Open Competition "Modernization of the Year & Construction of the 21st  Century" has started. The recruitment will last until March 31st, 2023. 

The competition is an initiative that sets new trends in construction, promotes the best modernization and construction. It rewards investors, contractors and designers for a specific implementation as a joint effort of all three entities. This is one of the elements that distinguishes this competition from other events of this type, which are usually addressed to only one of the groups, e.g. investors or designers.

The aim of the competition is to select construction projects: modernization and new facilities completed by the first quarter of 2023, distinguished by special qualitative, functional, urban and aesthetic values. The competition promotes the functionality of modernized and reconstructed buildings and structures, modern technologies and design solutions, the use of new techniques, modern, effective and safe equipment, high quality of construction and conservation works, ecological effects, and in the case of historic buildings, attention to architecture and protection of cultural heritage.
