Christmas Card Contest
Do you have an idea for an interesting Christmas card? Share it with us! Prepare a card with elements referring to the Silesian University of Technology. We invite you to participate!
The “Polytechnic Christmas Card” competition is addressed to children aged 6 to 15. Applications may be made by employees, retired employees, doctoral students, and students of the Silesian University of Technology.
The competition task is to make in any artistic technique (e.g. drawing, painting, collage, computer graphics) a Christmas card with elements referring to the Silesian University of Technology (e.g. symbols of science, technology, engineering, university mascot, university campus).
The application must be submitted by December 16th:
- in the case of works in digital form: via e-mail to the e-mail address konkursycpn@polsl.pl (in the message please provide: name and surname of the author of the work, name and surname of the person submitting the work),
- In the case of works made on paper: by internal mail of the Silesian University of Technology or by external mail to the following address:
Centrum Popularyzacji Nauki, p. 221A, ul. Konarskiego 22B, 44-100 Gliwice
(the work should include information with the name and surname of the author of the work, the name and surname of the person submitting, contact details: telephone number, e-mail address).
The jury will select the winners of the first, second and third places.
The competition works will be displayed in the Gallery 2nd Floor in the Centre for New Technologies in Gliwice.
