Certified training courses and paid internships for students - Silesian University of Technology runs the projects co-financed by the European Union

The Student Career Office invites students of the last four semesters at the first-cycle studies and students of second-cycle, full and part-time studies at the Silesian University of Technology to participate in activities that strengthen their skills and their readiness for labour market requirements.

Interested students are welcome to take part:

• in free, certified vocational training, workshops shaping their skills in entrepreneurship, IT, communication and management as well as language courses (http://www.kariera.polsl.pl/rozne/Szkolenia_CIK.pdf) and study visits in enterprises implemented within the project "The Silesian University of Technology as a Centre for Modern Education Based on Research and Innovation (CIK)". • in a paid internship programme conducted within the project "The Silesian University of Technology as a modern technical university (P4S)".

The internship, depending on the field of study, takes 120 or 320 hours to be completed in 6 or 12 weeks. It is organised according to a programme taking into account the educational objectives in the trainee's field of study. The project also offers the possibility of financing the trainee’s accommodation costs if the trainee’s place of residence is at least 50 km away from the place of internship and a subsistence allowance during the internship.
