Call for the next edition of the "Welcome to Poland" programme

The National Agency for Academic Exchange has announced the intake for the next edition of the "Welcome to Poland" programme. The purpose of the programme is to improve the quality of services provided to foreign students, doctoral students, teaching and research staff.

In this year's edition, the following institutions are welcome to apply for project funding: universities, the Polish Academy of Sciences, scientific and research institutes, institutes of the Łukasiewicz Research Network, as well as federations of higher education and science system. Each applicant may submit 3 applications.

The purpose of the "Welcome to Poland" Programme is to improve the quality of services provided to foreign students, doctoral students and teaching staff at HEIs holding the Erasmus Charter. It also aims to promote the attitude of openness and tolerance, and to facilitate the integration of foreign students within the academic and local communities.

The amounts for funding a single idea range from PLN 100 to 400 thousand. In this year's edition of the 'Welcome to Poland' programme a total of PLN 10 million has been allocated to finance projects.

Applications for project funding should be submitted by 3 p.m. on 10 November 2021. Projects should be implemented between 1 May 2022 and 30 April 2023.
