We invite you to participate in the Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) Summer School, which will take place this year in Bergamo, Italy under the theme: “From Heritage to Innovation: Structural Health Monitoring in various disciplines.” The event is intended for students and PhD students interested in innovative methods of monitoring and evaluation of land and mechanical infrastructure.
Structural Health Monitoring – plays a key role in ensuring the safety, sustainability, reliability, and balanced development of infrastructure – from historic sites to modern engineering systems. This summer school offers a unique opportunity to explore the principles of a healthy lifestyle through interdisciplinary and hands-on experience.
The Summer School is organized by an international academic network. It brings together leading researchers and institutions involved in SHM, including interdisciplinary teams working at the intersection of civil engineering, monitoring technology, and data analysis. This initiative builds on previous successful editions and the close cooperation between European universities and research groups.
Who should apply?
