Blue Wings 2023 for the Silesian University of Technology
Civil Aviation Personnel Training Centre of Central and Eastern Europe of the Silesian University of Technology has been honoured with the prestigious “Blue Wings 2023” award. This is one of the most prestigious awards in the aviation industry.
The Blue Wings have been awarded since 1964 for the most outstanding achievements in Polish aviation in the year preceding their award, to representatives of Polish civil and state aviation. This distinction is awarded in the individual and team category.
The award was received by Dr Hab. Eng. Jarosław Kozuba, Prof. SUT, director of CKKL (Civil Aviation Personnel Training Centre) during a gala related to the Polish Aviation Day at the 22nd Tactical Aviation Base in Malbork. Special plaques were presented by the Chairman of the Awards Committee – the editor-in-chief of “Skrzydlata Polska” magazine - Bartosz Głowacki and the Deputy Inspector of the Air Force in the General Command of Polish Armed Forces, Gen. Brig. pil. Wojciech Pikuła.
