Appeal of the Rector of the Silesian University of Technology in connection with the expected heavy rains

Ladies and Gentlemen– Members of the Community of the Silesian University of Technology,

In view of the heavy rains expected in the coming days, I ask unit managers and those responsible for the University’s property, but also our entire Community, to take the necessary actions to anticipate potential crisis events. Coordination of activities will be carried out by the Advisory Team of the Rector for Crisis Management established by the Decree No. 125/2024 of 12 September 2024.

I would like to inform you that at the same time we are turning to the authorities of the cities in which we operate, as well as entities that can support us technically.
