Five more scientific activities from the Silesian University of Technology will receive funding under the MINIATURA 10 competition of the National Science Centre. The results of the fifth ranking list of the competition were published on September 30th, 2026.
MINIATURA is a competition aimed at researchers at the early stage of their scientific careers. Its aim is to support small research activities that will allow the preparation of applications for financing larger scientific projects. Funding may be provided for, among other things, preliminary research, research, and scientific trips.
As part of the competition, one can receive from 5 to 50 thousand PLN for activities lasting up to 12 months. In the MINIATURA 10 edition, the NCN Council allocated a total of PLN 20 million for this purpose.
This year's application period ran from February 2 to July 31, 2026. Subsequent ranking lists are published as applications are decided.
