ANNOUNCEMENT regarding the implementation of DAX365 from July 1, 2024
Due to the implementation on July 1 this year of a new Integrated IT System DAX365 and the need to disconnect the document circulation system (SOD) from the current DAX2009 and then "attach it" to DAX365, I kindly inform you as follows:
- Applies to processes:
- handling applications for co-financing of individual recreation
- employment-related processes, including an application for rate calculation
- civil law contracts
Above processes initiated by June 28 at 3:00 p.m. should be completed no later than July 5 at 3:00 p.m.
- handling leave requests
Vacation leave request from June 28. from 3:00 p.m. may be submitted in paper form to the entity employing the employee, and after approval by the immediate superior, it must be forwarded to the Human Resources Department - Human Resources Section. The vacation leave card template is an attachment to the Announcement and can be found at https://www.polsl.pl/rr5-dzo/druki-rr5-1/ .
Initiating all of the above. processes will be blocked on 28/06. from 3 p.m.
- Applies to purchase requisitions - by July 5, requisitions are launched and processed in DAX2009.
- Applies to the sales invoice process:
- invoices issued in July 2024 with a sales date of June 2024 - issued in DAX2009 until July 15, 2024.
- invoices issued in July with a sales date of July 2024 - issued in DAX365
NOTE: for invoices issued in DAX365, the numbering starts from number 1.
All other processes launched and operated in the SOD system should be completed by July 5 at 3 p.m.
In case of an unfinished acceptance sequence, the process will be cancelled and must be restarted in SOD from July 9.
In the period from July 5 from 15.00 until July 9 at 7.00 The Document Circulation System will be completely unavailable.
