Air Transport Day
Another day in Aviation Week, an event taking place within the European City of Science Katowice 2024. As part of the event, on Tuesday, 28th May, a scientific conference will be held at the Katowice-Pyrzowice International Airport.
Topics of discussion panels and speeches:
1. Air transport in Poland – current state / prospects for development
2. Airspace management – an essential element of shaping air traffic in Polish airspace
3. Katowice Airport – Pyrzowice – current state – development prospects, importance for the development of the region and air transport in Poland
4. Kraków - Balice Airport – current state – development prospects, importance for the development of the region and air transport in Poland
A presentation of airport maintenance equipment and aircraft maintenance equipment is also planned. There will also be a competition in aviation knowledge: techniques of operation of ports and terminals, techniques of airport operational services.
