On April 20th , 2023, the #AIChallenger conference - Business, science and society in the world of artificial intelligence will be held in Katowice. The meeting is co-organized by the Cyber Science consortium, of which the Silesian University of Technology is a member.
The AI sector in 2022 reached approx. USD 120 billion in revenue. Experts say that the development of artificial intelligence is still in its early stages. The average annual growth rate will remain at a level exceeding 38% until the end of the decade. and already in 2030, this market will be valued at almost USD 1.6 trillion.
On April 20th , a conference will be held at the University of Silesia in Katowice, during which participants will discuss how to take advantage of this opportunity for development, but also what threats may be posed by the dynamic development of artificial intelligence and how to avoid them. The conference is co-organized by the Cyber Science consortium, of which the Silesian University of Technology is a member.
