Agreement Between Science and Business

At the Business Centre Club in Warsaw, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Silesian University of Technology and the organization representing entrepreneurs. The University was represented by Prof. Marcin Staniek, Vice Rector for Collaboration with Civic and Economic Environment, and Prof. Aleksandra Kuzior, Dean of the Faculty of Organization and Management. On behalf of BCC, the agreement was signed by Jacek Goliszewski, PhD, President of BCC, and Vice President Leszek Podstawski.

The agreement establishes the framework for cooperation, aiming to strengthen the ties between academia and business. As a result of the agreement, BCC will, among other things, serve as a partner in initiatives implemented by the Faculty of Organization and Management of the Silesian University of Technology.

The academic community will also be involved in preparing events organized by BCC (congresses, conferences, trade fairs, etc.). An important aspect of the cooperation will be the joint development of scientific and research projects and applying for external funding to support their implementation.
