Advent Academic Meeting

On December 13^th, 2025, the Advent Academic Meeting will take place. Archbishop Andrzej Przybylski, Metropolitan of Katowice, invites to participate in the ceremony. 

The Advent Academic Meeting will take place in the building of the Higher Silesian Theological Seminary in Katowice at 17, Wita Stwosza Street.

The programme of the meeting is as follows:

16.00 – Opportunity for the Sacrament of Penance and Reconciliation
16.30 – Lecture (auditorium) - Dr Hab Robert Żurek (Krzyżowa Foundation for the European Agreement) “Reconciliation with Germany - 60 years after the Message of the Polish Bishops to the German Bishops - a historic success or a failure?”
17.15 – Eucharist of the third Sunday of Advent (Sunday of Joy)
18.15 – Meeting at the table
