A series of training courses on modern methods of education

The Centre for Modern Education (CNK) invites you to participate in a series of trainings devoted to modern teaching methods and the use of digital technologies in the education process. The workshops are addressed to all academic teachers of the Silesian University of Technology interested in developing didactic competences and looking for inspiring tools engaging students.

The program includes five thematic trainings:

✔ Microsoft 365 Copilot – designing the didactic process.

✔ PowerPoint – creating interactive materials.

✔ Microsoft Teams – support didactics, teamwork, and problem learning.

✔ Asynchronous courses – motivation for active participation.

✔ Game-based learning – digital textbooks in the form of Minecraft Education maps.

The training will take place both in-house and online. The series of workshops will start in the second half of March this year You can sign up for a single meeting or the entire training cycle. Due to the nature of the workshop, the number of places is limited.

The workshop will be led by Dr Stefan Nowicki

Digital competency trainer of academic teachers, instructional designer, graduate of the Institute for Emerging Leadership in Online Learning (Online Learning Consortium & Washington State University). Certified Microsoft PowerPoint Specialist, Word Expert and Minecraft Trainer. He combines work with passion, improving methodology and conducting courses for lecturers from Microsoft Office, Moodle, and Minecraft Education.
