Second-grade pupils of the Academic Secondary Comprehensive School of the Silesian University of Technology organized a field game for first-graders in Chrobry Park in Gliwice.

- Just like last year, we organized this game because the pupils liked it - says Magdalena Danek, a teacher at the Academic Secondary Comprehensive School of the Silesian University of Technology, who coordinated this event.

The pupils formed eight teams (six six-person teams and two seven-person teams) and competed in ten different competitions.

The whole fun took place in Chrobry Park. First-graders competed, among others: in chess, tug of war, discus throwing and competitions such as "Just dance", "Name that melody?" or in a quiz about teachers. Therefore, not only knowledge was tested, but also sports and dancing skills. Ultimately, however, it was all about having fun and integration.

The victory went to team number 5: Julia Grundaj, Hanna Radomska, Hanna Sprung, Paulina Niemiec, Mateusz Wyciszkiewicz and Marek Smolnik.

- We mixed students from two classes so that they could get to know each other better. There were also two second-grade guides in each group. Congratulations to the winners and thank you to the second-grade classes and their guardians for great fun. The pupils again really liked this form of fun, sums up Magdalena Danek.
