6th PBL financing competition

The 6th competition for the implementation of project-oriented education in the form of a PBL under the programme "Excellence Initiative - Research University" was announced. Applications for PBL funding should be submitted by June 30, 2021.

The competition is organized as part of the project "Including students in research through scientific associations and project-oriented teaching" in connection with the participation of the Silesian University of Technology in the "Excellence Initiative - Research University" programme.

Applications for Project-Based Learning funding should be sent by June 30 to the e-mail address of the Studies Service Centre rd1@polsl.pl. The further procedure for handling applications will take place via the Distance Learning Platform.

Projects implemented under Project Based Learning are interdisciplinary. The group should include students representing at least two fields of study, diploma paths or specializations. The projects may also be attended by students of the Silesian University of Technology High Schools. Projects from the list of PBL topics submitted by the Vice-Rector for Infrastructure and Promotion implemented as part of the construction of the Student Centre of Creativity at ul. Akademicka 3, as well as tasks involving foreign universities, carried out based on a bilateral agreement, will be particularly promoted. Those interested in searching for a foreign partner are supported by the International Relations Office within the framework of the concluded agreements.
