4th internal conference of the POB4

On April 7, at 2 p.m., a meeting will be held on Priority Research Area 4: smart cities and future mobility. The conference is aimed at people who carry out research in this field.

The topics of the 4th POB4 conference will be:
- qualitative and quantitative social research to describe phenomena related to the human factor in the transport and logistics of the city,
- strategies for building / transforming smart cities, collecting and processing data on the parameters of urban traffic and the condition of transport infrastructure, as well as means of transport,
- the use of the Internet of Things, satellite and in-building navigation systems, modern hardware and software solutions as well as signal processing methods,
- evaluation and design of urban space and buildings in terms of quality of life, standards and accessibility for all social groups.

The aim of internal conferences is to integrate the academic community related to the POB4 area. It is also a support in building interdisciplinary research teams, e.g. under Horizon Europe.
