2022 IEEE 12th International Conference
From 11th to 16th September, 2022 IEEE 12th International Conference “Nanomaterials: Applications & Properties” will take place in Krakow. The Silesian University of Technology is the co-organizer of the conference.
The IEEE-NAP2022 conference is related to the broadly understood nanomaterials, their properties, production and application.
- “Its scope includes materials engineering, biomedical engineering and medicine, theoretical simulations, electrochemistry, catalysis, thin films, characterization and more. The conference is addressed to a group of scientists dealing with all aspects of nanomaterials - said prof. dr hab. Eng. Wojciech Simka from the Faculty of Chemistry of the Silesian University of Technology.
Over 300 people will take part in the conference, including students and PhD students. Numerous research centres will be represented - universities, institutes, as well as companies from several countries around the world (including Poland, Ukraine, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, India, USA, Latvia, Lithuania).
- The event is an opportunity to meet world-class scientists (Yury Gogotsi, Laura Greene, Sandro Carrara, Nicola Pinna), as well as to establish interesting scientific cooperation. The conference will be attended by many employees of the Silesian University of Technology - added prof. Wojciech Simka.
