12th Carbon Symposium

From June 23^rd to 26^th, 2026, the 12^th edition of The Carbon Symposium organized by the Polish Carbon Society will be held at CKS Mrowisko in Gliwice. The symposium is an interdisciplinary forum for scientists interested in the field of carbon science and technology. The honorary patronage over the event was assumed by the Rector of the Silesian University of Technology, Prof. Marek Pawełczyk.

The Carbon Symposium is an opportunity to share research results and discuss the challenges, opportunities and threats related to coal science and technology. The organizers also aim to inspire new generations of scientists - from academia, technology centres and industry, and to promote new directions of cooperation.

The guests of the symposium will be outstanding scientists who will deliver lectures:
