In the period from 18.05.2025 to 23.05.2025, a nine-person delegation, students of our Faculty of Architecture, took an active part in the XXX International Student Workshops in Seifhennersdorf, Germany. The trip took place as part of the Student History of Architecture Club "Rokoko". The student delegation was accompanied by 4 employees of the Faculty of Architecture of the Silesian University of Technology, including Dr. Eng. Arch. Elżbieta Rdzawska-Augustin, Dr. Habil. Eng. Arch. Krzysztof Gerlic. The costs of the trip were co-financed by Mr. Dean Dr. Habil. Eng. Arch. Tomasz Bradecki, Prof. PŚ. The main assumptions of the trip were: learning about the history of the region, gaining theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of the construction of post-and-beam houses. Our students also cooperated with architecture students from Germany. Together with them, they worked in parch on a project to adapt the area for a warehouse building. The workshops ended with the presentation of participation certificates and the presentation of the results of the groups' work. The trip provided students with unique practical skills and allowed them to establish international contacts, which is a valuable experience in the context of further education and professional development.
