SKN Extraterrestrial Construction won the competition of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education

We are pleased to announce that the competition within the 5th edition of the programme "Student Scientific Circles Create Innovations" has been resolved.

One of the winners of the competition is the Student Scientific Association of Extraterrestrial Construction - congratulations to the students and tutors of the Association! The winning project is called: "Creation of a lunar regolith simulant".

The "Student Scientific Circles Create Innovations" programme, organised by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, supports the activities of student scientific circles by funding research, development and innovation projects. The aim is to develop students' skills in scientific research and to promote modern technologies and innovative solutions. The programme emphasises interdisciplinarity, cooperation with industry and the translation of research results into business practice. In this year's edition, the Minister of Science and Higher Education qualified 145 projects for funding out of 371 applications submitted. Among the winners were six projects carried out by student scientific circles of the Silesian University of Technology.
