On behalf of the CoMPaSS-NMD team, we would like to invite you to the CoMPaSS-NMD seminar: Omics Analysis of Skeletal Muscle Homeostasis under Normal and Pathological Conditions.

  • Gisèle Bonne: " Omics strategies at the European level". Focus: Genetics and pathophysiology of neuromuscular disorders, particularly laminopathies and collagen VI-related myopathies. Emphasis on bench-to-bedside translation.)
  • Fabrice Bartile: " Muscle proteomics in hibernating brown bears". Focus: Multidisciplinary approach using proteomics, exploring the physiology of hibernation, ageing, and life in contaminated environments.
  • Alain Mayer: " Transcriptomic analysis of inflammatory myopathies ". Focus: Improving patient care through early diagnosis and monitoring of cardiorespiratory and muscle function.
