The First Meeting of the Social Council of the Faculty of Organization and Management at Silesian University of Technology for the 2024-2028 Term

The Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Aleksandra Kuzior, has appointed the Social Council of the Faculty of Organization and Management (WOIZ) for the 2024-2028 term. The Council consists of prominent representatives from the business sector, local government administration, and academia. During the first meeting of this term, the Council's presidium was elected, comprising:

Agnieszka Rupniewska – Mayor of Zabrze – Chairperson
Marek Staszek – CEO of DB Cargo Polska – Vice Chairperson
Jan Sarna – Director of the Foundation for the Development of Cardiac Surgery – Vice Chairperson

The WOIZ Social Council includes nearly 50 members. Its representatives have committed to close collaboration in research and project acquisition.
