Women's Energy In Transition - the Winners!

The first edition of the Women's Energy In Transition - Polish Edition competition organized by Dalkia Poland for the best thesis on energy transition written by female students of energy-related subjects has ended.
The competition was organized in cooperation with the Silesian University of Technology and concerned engineering, master's and doctoral theses defended in 2021-2022.
🥇First place went to Ms. Wiktoria Kapuścik for her master's thesis "Analysis of a selected fourth-generation district heating system".
🥈Second place went to Ms. Joanna Bieganska for her engineering thesis "Analysis of Biomass Storage for Pellet production".
🥉Third place ex aequo went to Ms. Katarzyna Kauch for her thesis "Microbial fuel cells powered by selected types of biomass as a source of bioelectricity" and Ms. Oliwia Baszczeńska for her thesis "Thermodynamic analysis of a modern gas-steam power plant co-firing green hydrogen".
