Horizon Europe project is in our pool!
The NET-Fuels project has been qualified for funding by the European Commission in the framework of the Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Action competition. Silesian University of Technology, represented by a research team from the Department of Thermal Technology is one of the project partners.
NET-Fuels (Increasing biomass conversion efficiency to carbon-negative sustainable biofuels by combination of thermal and bio-electrochemical processes) will be coordinated by the University of Bologna. In the consortium, the Silesian University of Technology, led by Prof. Andrzej Szlęk, will sit together with the German research institute Fraunhofer UMSICHT, the Spanish technology centre LEITAT, the international organisation specialising in biocarbon certification Ithaka Institute, responsible for the 'product design' REACH Innovation Consultancy and supervising the preparation of the application WRG Europe Ltd.
