Not extending the deadlines for collecting advance income tax payments
Pursuant to Article 1(9) of the Act of 24 February 2022. (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 558), an employee may resign from paying lower advance payments during the tax year and submit a request to the payer not to extend the deadlines in transferring advance tax payments.
The resignation must be in the form of a request submitted to the payer in writing. The payer on this basis will not apply the aforementioned provision of the Act at the latest from the month following the month in which it received the request from the employee.
