Cooperation of A. Lubosz, M.Sc. with CSRG
Anna Lubosz, a PhD student in the Department of Safety Engineering, in cooperation with the Central Mine Rescue Station S.A. (CSRG S.A.) has conducted interesting research related to the issue of working conditions in a hot microclimate in terms of the impact of the use of cooling vests on thermoregulation of miners working in underground mine workings.
The research was carried out with the participation of mine rescuers using a large-size climatic chamber and its goal was to evaluate the use of cooling vests as an element that improves miners' working comfort in difficult climatic conditions underground.
