Working Group on Competences for Industry 4.0
Description
Commercial activities carried out:
- Competency diagnostics 4.0. as part of the Laboratory for Research and Analysis of Working Conditions of Industry 4.0. (25 positions for testing the potential of an employee 4.0.) Carried out jointly with the International Center for Interdisciplinary Research mcbi.pl
- Competency development 4.0. in cooperation with the spin off company of the Silesian University of Technology Pro-Lab sp. j. prolab.edu.pl in the field of competence diagnostics 4.0. and 4.0 competency training. using new technologies, including VR / AR
- Conducting specialist trainings, courses and postgraduate studies, including MBA Industry 4.0. together with the International Center for Interdisciplinary Research mcbi.pl
- Development of learning methods, creative problem solving, innovation – such as: word caffee, design thinking, life long learning, learning by doing, etc.
- Implementation of aid projects from the European Social Fund dedicated to social inclusion, professional integration and implementation from domestic and foreign external funds, in line with the National Center for Research and Development, Ministry of National Education, etc.

Goals and tasks
- Identification of the need for a specific type of competency
- Identification of interest in specific training directions
- Research on learning methods and methods of transferring knowledge about new technologies
- Research and testing of methods that stimulate creativity
- Study of predispositions to the development and application of new technologies
- Testing the perception and ability to use new technologies by users
- Development of reports and recommendations for educational centers
- Development of reports and recommendations on the implementation of new educational methods
- Preparation of scientific studies on the development of competences and new methods of learning and teaching
